Property Valuation is a requirement of trust deed registration at the Trust Regulator of Cambodia. CANA TRUST refers Property Valuation Service to its affiliate company Mega Asset Management Co., Ltd., a licensed property valuation company under Canadia Group, to conduct an appraisal and generate a professional and qualified valuation report.
Escrow
Escrow is a special type of account used for secure settlement between buyers and sellers whereby an asset or escrow money is held by a third party on behalf of two other parties that are in the process of completing a transaction. CANA TRUST refers Escrow Service to Canadia Bank where clients can deposit the funds into Canadia Bank Escrow Account until all of the conditions are satisfied, then the funds will be released.
